ANAHEIM, CALIF. - June 16, 2002 - Cargill Health and Food Technologies is pleased to announce its official sponsorship of the new IFT Functional Foods Newsletter. The complimentary monthly newsletter is produced and distributed via e-mail by the Institute of Food Technologists, one of the largest and most well-respected organizations in the food industry.
