Cargill introduces Health and Food Technologies Unit
Name represents the expanded capabilities of new business units
Minneapolis, MN - Cargill announced today that its business unit Cargill Nutraceuticals now will be known as Cargill Health and Food Technologies. The decision comes after the joining and expansion of the nutraceuticals and the specialty food ingredients business units.
"The synergy of these two units increases Cargill's capabilities in serving the functional food, traditional food and dietary supplement industries globally," said Ted Ziemann, president of the Health and Food Technologies Unit.
