Cargill expands application potential of soy isoflavones
New AdvantaSoy™ Clear™ technology delivers high concentration isoflavones with superior taste, color, and solubility
MINNEAPOLIS, MN -- Cargill Health and Food Technologies has announced the availability of AdvantaSoy™ Clear™, a high concentration of naturally occurring soy isoflavones under the AdvantaSoy™ family of products.
The results of the new AdvantaSoy™ processing technology include superior solubility, a white appearance, and a reduction of undesirable taste and odor compared to other isoflavone products on the market. AdvantaSoy™ Clear™ is targeted to expand soy isoflavone applications in the food and beverage and nutraceutical industries.
